Ideas for a Green Holiday Season

  1. Recycle your Christmas tree, or use an artificial one
  2. Do not leave the lights on the tree all night, or, place a timer to conserve energy
  3. Make your own Christmas decorations
  4. Make your own wrapping paper from newspapers, paper bags and boxes
  5. Don't take long showers
  6. Remember to cut your computer, and other devices off when not in use
  7. Purchase re-cycled and rechargeable batteries
